Today we had Clay from Knee’s Electric service and do annual maintenance to maintain our whole-house Generac generator and replace the battery, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Clay was punctual, polite, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He completed the service efficiently and affordably ($400 I think), and was in and out in under 10 minutes without sacrificing quality.
Knee’s Electric originally installed our generator about 4 1/2 years ago when we purchased our estate in the wooded countryside, and they have been excellent from day one.
