We purchased a Generac generator from Chris, who came to our home to check out the site and answer our questions. The next day, our new generator was delivered and installed. Today we had Clay from Knee’s Electric service and do annual maintenance to maintain our whole-house Generac generator and replace the battery, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Clay was punctual, polite, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He completed the service efficiently and affordably ($400 I think), and was in and out in under 10 minutes without sacrificing quality.
Knee’s Electric originally installed our generator about 4 1/2 years ago when we purchased our estate in the wooded countryside, and they have been excellent from day one. Thanks to their expertise and reliability, we’ve had uninterrupted power through multiple storms, fallen trees, and other outages.
