Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work
My electric panel master breaker tripped. I reset it and it immediately tripped again and sparked. Little did I know that one of the breakers had gotten loose and finally blew up. Fortunately, no fire. Called Knee’s and someone was out to diagnose the problem within an hour. Whole panel replacement and upgrade done by three technicians beginning around 1:30 p.m. and done by 6:30 p.m. Electric company took longer to restore power than it did for Knee’s to initially respond. Fortunately, all damage was contained to the panel and everything returned to normal once power was restored. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed by the technicians. Highly recommend for any type of electrical work you may need.

We received a Generac installation that included a new disconnect, the transfer switch, and surge suppressor. Despite light rain and a cool start to the morning, the installation proceeded at a good clip. We were kept apprised of the progress and allowed opportunities at every step of the installation to reaffirm our choices. The workers were polite, obviously experienced, and came fully prepared. The unit worked on the initial start-up. We are pleased with the installation that was performed to the original project description and estimate.
